2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, simply:

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a reliable courier.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

  • Please note that we cannot process a return if the product is lost in transit and no tracking proof is available.


4. Inspection & Processing

  • Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect the item.

  • You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care and wellness products

  • Consumables such as supplements, water, or liquids once opened

  • Customized or special-order items made specifically for you


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Send clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement.
